Returns Policy
Please email us on sales@purple-oval.co.uk or telephone us on 01743 289400 to advise us that you wish to return the item for an exchange or refund. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased we will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund, simply return the item, unused and in its original condition within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Please ensure that all items are returned to us in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are damaged in anyway. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them we therefore recommend using registered post to return the item. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.

Order cancellations
If you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel for any reason please telephone us on 01743 289400 to advise us of this.
If you order has already been dispatched by the time of your call, you must send the item back once you have received it. We will then refund the cost of the item, please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded if the item has already been dispatched.
